Hello all
I am running windows nt server 4.0 with service pack 6 and I am configured as a user w/ domain admin rights as a roaming profile. I normally log onto one workstation, an NT workstation. I attempted to log onto a Win 2K machine and I was unable to load my profile b/c of inadequate disk space, so it said it would use the default local profile. I configured outlook on the Win 2K machine when I logged on it for the first time, so I could retrieve email there as well. I clicked ok but now however, when I try to log onto my original workstation, the nt workstation, a basic default desktop loads, as if I were loggging on to a workstation for the first time. I have looked in the servername\profiles folder and i see my folder, with my briefcase and all those things in it. I am concerned b/c I had email in outlook on my NT workstation that I saved and I created a folder that allowed me to move email from the inbox to and archive mail folder. How can I get my profile to load (burgundy desktop and saved desktop items) in addition to accessing the saved emails I had on my original workstation? Is it possible for me to log onto multiple workstations, NT and Win 2K and utilize the same profile and be able to access email and retain all previously read msgs that were not deleted?
