Roaming Profiles and Office 2007

Hello,
I am experienced a small but annoying problem using quick tool bar in Office 2007. it does not take in consideration the *.qat when user changes it.(roaming profile)

I know the cause. I read some solutions but I can not still workaround this issue.

somebody has already experienced this kind of problem ? because I want to know the best solution to apply in my envrionment. I am using w2k3 server and Office 2007 SP2 MSO 12.0.6535.5002

I checked on microsoft regarding this hotfix KB 95 51 42...but no succes..

anyway, if you have a clue...I will appreciate it...
