Roaming profiles and Load Balancing

Hello-

Users use Program Neighborhood then start applications by clicking icons. Problem is the users are sometimes redirected onto other servers in the farm by the Load Manager where they are logged on using their roaming profiles.

If they make changes in one sessions then log off the last profile overwrites earlier changes so the lose settings such as printers etc.

Any ideas? It is very annoying!
