Dear all,

I hope somebody here can help me out with a few small problems I am having. At the company where I am currently employed we are using a SBS2003 SP2 in combination with about 20 workstations that all run on Vista business 32 bit. Every employee uses a roaming profile so that they are independent of a fixed workstation. In an ideal situation the profile would completely load from the SBS and delete itself after the user logs off. So that there will not be a local store of the profile on the workstation (security motivations). It is also important that only one profile of a certain user can log in at any time and that they will be rejected while attempting to log-on on a second workstation.

Until now we have not used this function and I am wondering if it is possible to set a certain policy that makes this possible.

My second problem involves syncing errors. At certain unpredictable moments profiles will reset certain settings back to default. The most frequent sync error we get is one of outlook 2007. A user would simple log on and get a popup that it is his first time using outlook and the user will get the standard wizard to setup outlook. Off course all of the other settings are reset to default as well.

I hope somebody is familiar with this problem and hopefully has a solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
thanks in advance!

Regards,

Eric
