Roaming profile on windows 2000 server

We use roaming profiles. When the administrator logged in on a desktop with terminal services everything ok but when the same administrator logged in on the server and then used terminal mserver to log in to the second server he recived the message that the roaming profile can not be found and the default profile will be used.
In the user id we have removed the connection to a roaming profile but the server called the same message no roaming file.
What can it be ?

Sounds like the server might be loosing connectivity and using the cached profile.
