Roaming profile issues

Again I seem to have profile issues where all my Citrix servers are giving users the error
"windows cannot located the server copy of your roaming profiles...etc..)"

And a new spin to it - these users cannot access their local "C" drive.

I have checked all the "usual suspects" for roaming profile issues and everything checks out ok.

Any suggestions?

Can you log into the Citrix server and see if you can browse to the Roaming Profile share?

Are all of your users getting these error messages or are you just seeing it on a couple of users? Double-check A/D TS roaming profile path and make sure all is well there.

Also...check the permissions on the share and on the individual profile folders.

I already looked into the roaming profiles etc...
I finally figured out...or suspect

It has something to do with DNS
Not all users get the error.
and there's no ryhme or reason
see I have two DCs and it may be that when a user logs into Citrix perhaps they are being routed to various DCs

However - it is still challanging to resolve this issue
 
When I state that user's cannot access their "C" drive I mean on only one of the Citrix servers.

Here's the picture - I am admin, I do not receive the roaming profile issue. If I log into our CT02 server I also get the cannot see the "C" drive.

Regular users, log into the "Farm" or directly into CT01 or CT02 - some get the roaming profile error and in 01 can see their C drive but in 02 cannot.


 
Generally i have found when a user can't access their local c: drive it is down to not having the file security set to full access on the client.
