We just changed our Roadwarriors to a differnt network region so we could change ther codec. Now they cant call LD. Is there anyway I can get my Roadwarriors' calls to use my main ARS (location 1) instead of building them a whole new ARS table (location 10)?

Sure, on the "change ip-network-region 10" form, set the location to "1"

If you don't specify any ARS entries the location will use the master table entries.

Mitch672, the location in network region 10 is already 1.

simreal, I havent built an ARS for location 10, but the Roadwarriors don't seem to be using ARS location 1.

Attempt from remote agents fails:

Do you have your "IP-Network-Map" setup, top map the IP ranges that they are comming from to region 10?

Display IP-network-map shows the IP range uses region 241. Looking at Display ip-network-region 241 it shows location 10.

It's fixed! I changed region 241 from location 10 to location 1 and I'm good. Thanks very much!

It's kind of funny because Avaya told me I needed to add an additional ARS table. Ours is huge, so changing a "10" to a "1" was much better :)
