I have ArcServe 2000 running on a W2K server box.

Some of my routines fail to complete. They lock up while adding to the database. When I open task manager, I notice an agent called RNTAGENTD.EXE loaded at least 8 times. Is this normal?

The only way to get all the sessions to stop is to force the job tape and database agents.

Any suggestions?
