RN Target keeps disabling / CallPilot 5.1 CS1000M Rls7.5

Hi all,

I have a target RN in a mailbox that will run fine for a few days, then it just disables and im wondering if anyone might know why.

The dn of the mailbox appears on several phones as an MCR key, it also appears as key 0 on 2 phones
The mailbox has itself (3357) as one MWI the other MWI is the Target RN (6346)

Any suggestions ? We recently patched up to CP5.1 but the problem was there on 5.0 as well.

What settings do you recommend?

Retry limit: Interval:

Busy = 5 5min
No Answer = 10 5min
Answered = 1 5min

Retry before stopped = 5

 
Can't recommend anything. Just suggesting that could be why the RN gets turned off.
If you are using remote notification to a telephone number and the calls aren't answered then maybe you want to think about another notification method.
 
Ok thank you, i will adjust the limits Retry befoe stop and see if that help.
