Will the feature RMWK work on a 2616 type phone? I am wanting to monitor extension 7090 on ext. 7013. My hope is that the RMWK will flash when a message is left on 7090.

I have the key labeled as such and it doesn't ever blink when mailbox 7090 has a message.

Key 11 RMWK 7166 7090

I am trying to put this key on extension 7013. Do I have to add 7013 to the "Message Waiting Indication DN" field in the mailbox for 7090?

Please let me know if I am missing a step.

I'm not familiar with RMWK. Try XMWK instead. You have to at least be on Release 25 for it to work.

Thanks... I will try the XMWK. I got the RMWK from the 25.3X admin manual we have. It doesn't list the XMWK but I will try it.
