rmiregistry error

Hi!

I've installed j2sdk1.4.1_01 and j2re1.4.1_01
on the default, C:\, drive. I've put in C:all my rmifiles.
C:\ sas_i.java, sas_i.class
sas_serverD.java, sas_serverD.class
sas_serverD_Stub.class
sas_serverD_Skel.class
sas_clientD.java
sas_clientD.class

I've had this program working on Unix so
I just ftp all these files to my C:\ to see if
I could get it to run and I got these errrors.
Why does this happen when I run in DOS commandprompt.

C:\>start rmic sas_serverD
Cannot find file 'rmic' (or one of its components). Check to
ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required
libraries are available.

C:\>start rmiregistry 2438
