rmi exception class not found stub ??

hi,

im getting the following exception when i run my server program in rmi

D:\m>java HelloServer
java.rmi.ServerException: RemoteException occurred in serv
er thread; nested exception is:
java.rmi.UnmarshalException: error unmarshalling arguments; nested exception is:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Hello_Stub

all the stub & skeleton classes are available in the same directory only, actually both the server & client are there in the same machine same directory also,

still why is the problem comming can anybody help !
