I am getting this message in one or two Oracle servers backup. Can some one give me some inputs on this please.

xyz.com:/opt/oracle/admin/rman/scripts/abcd1_abck Diagnostic: AIX loadquery(): Can't find address for /usr/lib/libc.a(shr.o).

I got the solution the NW Client version is 7.1.1 on AIX 5.3 which is not supported.

I am listing few possibilities for this

According to the Legato support matrix , AIX 5.3 support
requires 7.2.1

Either one of the following could have occured

1) Someone might have updated the libc.a library on this host

2) Another possibility along the lines of #1 is that there may be multiple
versions of libc.a on this host and for some reason environment
variable LIBPATH is now pointing to the wrong version or just not set.

Thanks
