Rman/Networker release channel problem

Hi,

after upgrading Oracle from 8.0.5 to 8.1.7, Rman and NWOracle-module cant't release the allocated channels after the backup is done.
There are still the rman.exe and nsrsbtcn.exe in the process-list and the oracle.exe runs with > 50% workload.

Does anyone have a solution ?
