RMAN-00600: internal error, arguments [2012] [] [] [] []

Hi Everyone,

master : netbackup 7.5.0.6 (centos 6.8)
db server : netbackup 7.5.0.6 (aix 5.3 oracle 9i)

One day, a good backup throws a message like the following and an error occurs.

RMAN>

Recovery Manager complete.

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00558: error encountered while parsing input commands
RMAN-01006: error signalled during parse
RMAN-00600: internal error, arguments [2012] [] [] [] []

...this WHOLE error message stack is dumped repeatedly

please help
