RM6 and Raid 5

I have 4 disks in an A1000 that I want to configure for Raid 5. I created a Lun (Raid 5), and added the disks to it. I created a metadb on Slice 7. Now I'm stuck)
Do I just need to do a
metainit d60 -r c3t5d0s0 and than a newfs?

I found some examples where they take 3 disks and set up a raid 5 with the metainit, but they list all 3 disks. I don't have but 1 since I created the Lun.

Why are you creating software raid 5? The A1000 and RM6 allows you to create a hardware Raid 5. Hardware Raid i much more efficient.

Thanks Tuka. I certaninly agree. So did I already create the RAID 5 when I created the Lun 0 with 4 disks? Is that all there is to it?
