Help please...

I have done a brand new install on 4 Win2k Pro machines, and after doing a print or print preview, and hitting the CLOSE button on the print window, I get the following error on 2 machines:

rlzrun30.rtz - Application Error
The instruction as "0x0247f3de" referenced memory at "0x024944d0". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program.

We have tried renaming the _p.ism files, installing System Manager, changing the Video Accellerator setting to Basic, toggling the Paper Size selection under Print Destination, renaming the printers so they are less than 8 characters, and a lot of other little tricks.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Thanks.

Usually see that when there is a prior install. Is there any other files of the same name anywhere on those machines?

I have not looked at 4.2 much but seem to recall that there is an issue with the registry and the specified path for that files' directory (CA_APPSW). Try a search on the registry for that file and make sure it is pointing to the correct directory. Also could be the profiles for each user, there are other resolutions if you are also running Cashbook, which may use a different file version.
