HELLO TO ALL
I DONT KNOW WHY I CAN'T USE THE FFC *6 (PUGR) TO PICK UP CALLS IF ALL THE STATIONS HAVE THE RNPG 1 AND THE CLS PUA DPUA GPUA, JUST IN ANALOG STATION?
ANY IDEA?

To answer a call in another Call Pickup group from an analog (500/2500 type)
telephone, follow these steps:
1 Lift the handset and dial SPRE + 94 or PUGR FFC.
2 Dial the pickup group number.
To answer a call on a specified DN from an analog (500/2500 type)
telephone:
1 Lift the handset and dial SPRE + 95 or PUDN FFC.
2 Dial the extension number.

If you look at this description and the one above you see the difference in call pick up and directed call pick up.

Okay thats it really for me. Later.

so SPRE 3 worked? I thought you tried that a while ago...

thanks to you either coniglio
but ok
the SPRE in my system is (1) and my ffc to PUGR is *6
why 3

ok Nortellian also a have *5 to direct pick up is working good
i just dial *5 plus the station and is all

SPRE plus 3 (in your case, 1 plus 3, 13) allows you to use call pickup in place of a pickup key. Flexibe Feature Codes are user-defined numbers that can be used instead of the SPRE code.

ok thats a good answare
thanks to Nortellian-Coniglio and Johnpoole
thanks to all
