RLI and ROUT - General command structure

I've done this in the past, but have since forgotten (if only I had remembered to start a running log in HyperTerm as I usually do). I need the basic commands and LD's for creating and changing RLI's and ROUT's (DMI's etc).

I would like to change around some RLI's and ROUT for some NPA's and SPN's.

to change your RLI, you need to print out your NPA or NXX first in LD 90

then you go into LD 86 and print out your RLB to see where your RLI's are pointing to

then to change your Rout, you need to go into your RLI in LD 86 and do a CHG command and enter down to your DMI tables
