RLB problem

I am Nortel pbx begineer , hope anybody can help me ,
in LD 86 RLB , one of pbx have MFRL can setting , but other without this paremeter , and all pbx is rel 24.24
is it need special package to enable this function ?

Default for MFRL is 0; it just needs to be set; I don't typically set them either, I just set the FRL on the entry in the RLB.

mfrl is used for auth codes, that is the min ncos that will be given an auth code tone.. if your not using auth codes then they all need to be 0.. that allows me to ask some phones for an auth code for locals and other just for ld and almost all sets need an auth code for international..
