RJ48 to RJ45 converter

We need to order a replacement cisco PRI cable, but it comes with an RJ48 connector. We have to get a craft knife and cut some of the shielding back so it will fit in an RJ45 socket on the NTE. Does anyone know where i can get an RJ48 to RJ45 converter?
