RJ-48S for wic-1dsu_56k 1720?

I am kind of new to the router setup area. We have a 56k line from here to a branch location that we are trying to hook up.

In the manual of the wic-1dsu-56k card it says that I need to supply a rj-48s or rj-48c cable. When we hooked up the rj-45 cable it didn't work but if you wiggled the cable around into the right position then it would get a CD and either the TD light would be solid and the RD would be flickering real fast. Below the card that the phone company installed on a wall in the wharehouse is what looks like a rj-45 jack. The card is mounted in a clear plastic box with a row of rj-45 jacks below.

Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated!!!

A normal RJ-45 straight through cable isn't going to work. You need a null modem cable since the devices.
