RJ-45 to ? adapter

Does anyone know of an adapter that will go from RJ-45 to either RS-232/RS-449/V.35? Thanks to this list(you all are great!)I was able to get into my router and remove ALL passwords and settings and start working. Since I'm a total newb, I'm trying to figure out how to connect the cat V cable to the router. I found a device (more of a electronic box vs a typical plug adapter) that will convert from V.35 to RJ-45 but it was way to much for this training I'm doing. I'll spend the money on a new router before I pop for an adapter. Someone throw me a bone...
