Risk of Multiple Admin Servers in 8.1

I have a Weblogic 8.1 domain with multiple managed servers running in multiple clusters across multiple machines. Can anyone tell me the risks, dangers, or problems I might encounter if I bring up a second Admin Server.

That is, can I bring up two Admin Servers at the same time, and if I do, what might be the consequences?
