I have configured one of our IP phone as a Resilient set, the home element recognize it as resilient, but the secondary element is not, in the Remote DN of the secondry site, the set number is displayed without the Secondary Cluster Element Index, recheked the config. according the guide, everything looks OK,we use Rel 5 SP1 PR1 and not using OPS manager,

Any idea to solve this?

Thanks,

Hi,

Did you make sure from the network elements form that your controllers are in sync ?
I'd recommend to start syncing Service Hosting to make sure controllers databases use common references.
I'd then trigger and empty sync (nothing selected) and later on Telephone Directory entries as well as User.

You can also rely on Form Comparison to make sure your controllers forms are in sync.
If you modify either the location or department fields does this get propagated on the other controller.

Hope this helps.
Jerome

thanks Jerome and apologize about the dealy in updating you,

the contrllers are alreay in sync and made the Serice Hosting sync, nothing is changhed,

any other idea,

Remove resiliency. Then add it again and look at the SDS error if you don't see it properly in the secondary element.
