RIS - WDS - SIS Service

I installed RIS on a new server. When RISETUP tries to start the services,
the Groveler service will not start.

I receive the following error in the event log:
Event ID: 7023
Description:
The SIngle Instance Storage Groveler service terminated with the following
error:
The service has not been started.

When I try to start the service I receive the following error:
Could not start the Single Instance Storage Groveler service on Local
Computer.
Error 1062: The service has not been started.

I have removed the RIS service from add remove programs, restarted and
re-installed the service but keep getting the same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
