Ris and CIW headache

Hope someone can help. I have the RIS server all set up. I can see all the available RIS Images and when I choose one it invokes the Warning.osc then install.osc. Once these run it then says 'Reboot failed. Press Ctrl+alt+del' and that's as far as I get.

What am I doing wrong?
