My ACD is getting to the sets voicemail
before it can log them out automaticsally,
How can I change the amount of rings it takes
for a set's voicemail to pickup?
I cannot remember!

Thanks!

Nick

What Type of VM and ACD ???
and do you want VM to answer or not ???

VM 4.0, Modular ICS, ACD is Cintech Prelude..
I have the auto-logout set to 30 seconds witch I think
is like 4 rings? maybe 5?

Our ACD users have their own sets with their own DID's
and VoiceMail boxes.. so in soem cases their voicemail
picks up before the ACD auto-logs them out. I wanted
to know how to increase the amount of rings on their set before their voicemail picks up, So the ACD will log them out BEFORE their voicemail gets a chance to answer.

if auto logout is 30 sec then that is 5 rings the phone must be set to more "options are 2,3,4,6,10" like 6 or 10 or lower auto to 18 sec "3 rings" and set pones to 4 rings fna to vm dn so f ** ------ pswrd ------ term/sets to capabilities to fna to rings to dn presto chango...sorry no passwords from this vendor we need some money..at least the holding company does

what if the hokey pokey is what its all about
