IP412 Running Version 5.0
System has default ring tones for Internal & External call sources.
When incomming trunk call is answered by Receptionist and transferred to a users extension they receive the external ringtone and answer with their name etc even though the caller is their receptionist
Tried setting different ringtones in both the default system & user settings but to no avail
This system is a recent upgrade from an old Alchemy system which behaved diffently. IE the internal Receptionist ot user call used the Internal ringtone
Any ideas how to resolve this or is it one of those BUGS that has now been fixed.
