Ringtone headset cisco 7940

Hi.
I have many phone Cisco 7940 configured on Call Manager 4.1.3.

When I connect the headset to the phone, I don't hear the ringtone in headset.

What do I modify on call manager?

Plantronics headset.

if it is a CS50 or simulair there is a switch on the bottom with A thru D, that needs to switched until you hear dial tone. Also on the left side there is rotory knob that needs to adjusted also.
