Hello

I am trying to draw a dynamic diagram - one which shows movement. I have thought about something like an object, let's say a ball around which there are horizontal and vertical rings - which might appear to be moving.

How would I go about drawing rings and making them appear to move. The diagram will eventually be placed in a word document and will not be used on the WWW.

Many thanks.

Hello mscallisto

Thanks for your post.

No, not as in an animated gif - the image will be used in a Word doc.

Some still photos - let's say a racehorse in action - appear to move; there is a sense of motion in the photo.

What I meant, therefore, was drawibng a ring/rings which appear to be in motion - as, for example, the rings of Saturn.

Cheers

Steve

Hello

Many thanks for getting back to me.

I've downloaded the tutorial and yes, I'll try the twirl/windswept look.

Thanks again.
