Rings to answer

We have all lines set to ring 5 times before the AA picks, however if no one gets to the call it goes to AA after only 3 rings. If we are away from the desk it is often difficult to get to a phone before the AA picks up. How can we fix this?
 
is that every line or just some line, check the number of rings, don't forget line 5 is line port 25 or 34 I think, it does skip of your MICS or CICS
 
i'm with curly, it must be going to a mailbox or even gen del???
do you have answer lines set to yes in operator status f982???
also in aa are lines 001.002.003.004 and 031 set to answer by aa and do lines appear and ring on all phones???
do these sets have mailboxes and how many rings is the cfna set for if they do????
