Rings to Answer

I recently build a phone tree in the optivity, and brought it online. However, it rings 4 times before goint to eh Auto attendant. How can I reduce that to 1 or no rings? We have an Option 61c, and an optiivty terminal. My Chief wasnt around so I didnt have the chance to get the info from him. Thanks in advance.
 
You need to check the tables in the RDR block in the Customer Data Block and change one of them to be a ring cycle of one. Then you apply that table to the phoneset.

This isn't done in just OTM. The CDB RDR has to be done through a terminal. You can print it in LD 21 PRT/RDR. To change it, you go into LD 15.
