Any suggestions appreciated. I have a few cases of this so far with customers. They are all setup so that all lines ring to an auto-attendant immediately. Problem is, when a call is made into the system, there is a small "half-ring" that is heard before the call disappears into the AA. One of my customers has learned to live with this, but another would like it fixed. Am I missing something in what is a relatively strait-forward setup? thanks...

Set whatever phone is receiving the half ring to Delayed Ring instead of Immediate Ring. That way, if the Auto Attendant becomes to busy to handle an incoming call, the phone will still receive a ring after a delay, but the AA will normally pick up the call before the delay times out

Sounds like this should work. Thanks!
