Customer with MICS 7.0 & CP 3.1 Reception rings on all lines, Is there a way to make the incoming ring stop (on recp phone) when she is on the phone?

That will send all other calls to her voicemail box which may be unacceptable, being this is a reception set she should be used to the phone ringing.

Actually I was concerned with that also but it just stops the ring. Probably because the phone is not set to go to VM. The AA comes on after like 6 rings. So it worked perfectly.

DND on busy or regular DND does not force calls to voice mail. Call will flash and still follow CFNA/CFB rules.
