Ringing you back

Hi.

this is the case, if the call rings to the switchboard and the transfer the call to a busy ext (551) and 551 keeps on talking so the call that was transferd is going back to the switch board, the display says Ringing you back. I have changed the COS for the ext and also for the trunk so that the cos "Display Transfer Destination on Recall" is set to Yes. but stil the same answer ringing yoy back. I would lik to se from who the call is coming from.

What do I do wrong?

where have you changed this COS option in COS of switchboard or COS of trunks.
 
Hi. on both has I set the option to yes.

and software version is: 4.1 SP2 and Mitel 3300 Mxe

 
The switchboard will not show the number until it is answered.
Have you tried this from another display phone?

Hi. I found that this feature does not exist. display callera id on campon recall would be the correct cos for me, but this do not exist.

if i use 53xx phones i can get info on the line key, but this is only the external number i would like to the the number for the ext i transferad the call to. any one?

This is not possible
The caller ID will be linked to the incoming trunk and not the extension so that is what will be displayed

Internally this willl be the extn that called you and not the extn that you are trying to transfer that is busy
