Hello everyone,
I have another issue with our IP 406. We all using soft phones except two extensions with Avaya 4620 phones. Sometimes something happens to the system and it will ring those extensions who's already on the call. Call waiting is disabled and Voicemail ringback is disabled also. When that happenes, there is no unanswered calls on the system and in Phone Manager it won't show any incoming calls. Have someone experienced this problem beofre?
