Ringing Volume

I have been working on norstars for years and a question
arose the other day that I have never been asked. When
someone is on the phone and another line rings on that phone the volume of the ring on the second call is low and the other people in the area can't hear it to do a call pick up on that call. There is no way to change that ringing volume on that second ring, is there?

You are correct. I do not know of any way to change the campon volume. If receptionist I usually program a external ringer off single line port for others to hear.

There is also an option for an external ringer device that can be programmed to send a closure. This can be used for either a incoming line or a ringing station. It will at that point send a closure for an external ringer.
