Ringing Volume

We are using an BCM 50 with I-2004 sets.
We unplug the sets every week, the ringer volume defaults to a very low ringing volume when they reconnect

Does anyone know how to set the default system ringing volume higher.

The system or set volume setting doesnt seem to change anything.

ringing volume always resets with set. this applies to CSE1K also. (problem with the set, not with the PBX)
