Ringing Volume on i2002 Set

Is there a special feature code to adjust the ringing volume on the IP sets on the BCM? We are having problems adjusting the volume on the sets using the volume controls. We are running a BCM400 3.7. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I tried doing a search, but the search tool does not seem to work in the BCM Forum.

I enquired about this before on I2004 sets off prem. I never tried it on premises. I was told that you need a patch SU3 to correct that problem in addition to a whole lot of other problems. Hope that helps. By the way the ring volume is stuck at the same level inside as well?
