Ringing Service

Hi,

I am trying to setup a night ringing service on a BCM400 v3.6. I have set up the key F871 and have set up the ring groups as the document shows but the phone when put into night service does not forward to mailbox 1000. Can anyone tell me how to do this without frwd call into 1000. Does anyone have a manual for this service as the main administartor guide does not seem to have the setup.

Did u assign the vmail pilot DN to the created ring grp? Remove the reception DN and only assign the vmail DN

No, i did not. What do i need to do? do i go into the night ring group and add 1000?

do feature 985 to find the VM DN,,then use this number for the ring group
