Ringing on multiple phones

Need help to figure this out on a Norstar MICS:
When I call an extension say 230, it immediately rings on 2 other phones. I don't want this it happen so this is what I did.

1. Checked the status on the DN and it said busy however when you call the DN, it rings on these two phones.
2. Checked forward on busy and pointed it to the Voice Mail DN.
3. Checked for ringing groups and changed to None.

When I call 230 after the changes, it is still ringing on the two other phones.

Kindly let me know what I have missed.

Check Answer Dn under Term & Sets>Line Access of the 2 extensions that are ringing.

and if you didnt know about answer dn's then i would call a vendor and have them explain the basics of your phone system
