Our customer is having an issue where when they put two lines together to create a conference, the phone starts ringing. Both parties on the phone can still talk. Once the call taker put the conference on hold and return back to the conference, that clears the ringing. It happens couple times a week. Anyone experience that before? JohnnyF5 had the same problem in Dec 2009. JohnnyF5, have you solved the problem?
