ON a MICS 7.1, have a ringing group with 5 members. Only 4 of the group ring. I can't get the 5th to ring. I changed the set, changed the port and copied a ringing set's parameters, (system and data), to the non ringing set. Still no dice. Any suggestions?

DND? Or, is the set forwarded?

Or, are you sure it's the right ext you're checking? I've made the same mistake in the past when I've been in a hurry. Assumed a set was a particular extension, and gone troubleshooting without pressing f*0 first.

Rik.
No DID, No call forward. If you call into the system, V/M answers, dial that ext. #, it rings just fine. Only on the ring group it refuses to ring.

Is that ext a ringing set for inbound calls, outside of the hunt group?

Double check your hunt group. I'd try removing that set, and adding it again. If that fails, reboot the system.
