Ringing Crosstalk

When on the phone, whether intercom or on an outside line, any other incoming calls ring in your ear. Problem seems to be within system. We don't think the cross is back on the incoming phone lines, because there is no crosstalk when one calls a line that has been pulled from the Partner. Only ringing seems to cause this cross talk. Conversations do not bleed from extension to another.

You might try power cycling the system. Is the audible ring from the phone line itself or something generated in the Partner?

Is it more like a growl or hard clicking ring? I had this several times with a bad 206 in the mix. Not sure what you have for cards. You could as mentioned earlier, power down, but also try reseating the modules. Lastly, the position of the module may play a part as well. I think on one site, I swapped two similar modules into each others slots. Don't do it if they are different style mods as you will need to reprogram. Hope this helps.

I did a reseat this morning (before I saw your message), and it improved greatly. tomorrow, I'm going to pull the modules again and go crazy with contact cleaner.
