I have sales associates who dial our tech support CDN of 4610. When and if all tech support associates are busy the call overflows to a Call Pilot voicemail box. The voicemail box is actually a phone built and then forwarded to voicemail. There are times though, that some of the sales associates get a busy signal when dialing the CDN. Does anyone know what may be causing this? I have made several test calls when the tech support associates are NRD and each time the call goes through to the voicemail box. I can not figured out what may be causing this.
