Ringing and Message Light Question - Please help quick!

I don't have access to the manuals and I need to go back to a customer (today) to look at a few issues.
QUESTION 1. - The cutomer would like their KX-TA624 phone system to ring 6 times before going to voice mail. From what I know so far, the book said it can do 1, 2 or 3 rings, but not 6 rings? Is that correct? I know it's based on seconds, not rings. I have it set to 15 seconds right now. I'd like to increase that to about 25 or 30 seconds before voice mail picks up. Is it possible? I'm using the trunk service in voice mail to route calls from ext's 107 and 108 (VM ports) to a custom service menu after the designated delayed ring. I'd like that delay to be around 6 rings if possible.

QUESTION 2. - Is there a way to light the message light on several phones for the SAME mailbox? Voice mail in use is TVS-50 (both the phone and voice mail systems are less than 1 month old, latest release). This system is used in a home so it's not convenient for the user to go to a certain phone (and ONLY 1 phone) to see if the message light is on. I have 2 mailboxes in use. The voice mail has 2 custom service menus that have no options, all time-outs and key presses dump callers directly into the appropriate mailbox. Lines 1 & 2 are on custom service menu 3 and line 3 is assigned to custom service menu 4. Those menus dump callers into the two mailboxes I mentioned. Ideally, I'd like several phones to have a message light on for one mailbox and also have the lights on several different phones to light up when a message is left in the other mailbox.

QUESTION 3. - How do you check your mailbox from a phone that does not have a mailbox assigned? Is it #6* plus the mailbox you want?

I know all Avaya products inside and out, but I'm no Panasonic expert. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated! This little system drives me nuts! :)

Follow-up to question 1 - If there's no 'official' way to have a delayed ring longer than 15 seconds, is there a trick to make the delay longer (without too much fuss)? The thing is, if there's a way to trick it into doing a longer delay, it has to be done without too much complexity. I don't want to turn this thing into a mini-nightmare. Either it'll do it or it won't. Thanks again...

Question 1- you can also set the answer time delay in the TVS50 but that will also delay the vm answering when called from an extension. Default answer delay is 0 seconds.

Question 2- you can create extension groups containing extensions which share 1 mailbox. (I think this should work with APITS integration)

Question 3- yes

I found out for myself that I can delay the answer on the ports in voice mail, rather than using the phone system delay. But, I didn't notice it taking more than 1 ring for the voice mail to answer if calling internally from an extension. I set the delay in the trunk service, so maybe that's the difference?

I didn't try the ext group thing. I read about that before I went back to the site, but I didn't try it. I was worried about undoing it if it didn't work right.

If you have the time and are willing, could you please describe in detail how to set up the ext groups so I can have 1 mailbox light the lights on several phones and also have a different mailbox light the lights on several different phones? I'd appreciate it. Describe what to do in the voice mail settings and in the phone system.
Thanks!

Delete all mailboxes for all extensions, and make a "group" mailbox with all extensions as members. All phones will get message lights, and will auto login.

Also re: more than 15 sec delay answer:
Try setting the delay ring of CO 1 to an unused extension. Connect that extension to an unused CO port, then program that CO to delay ring the VM.

Cool...so it's as simple as going into the voice mail, deleting the 2 mailboxes I have now, create 2 new 'group' boxes with the desired ext's and that's it? And no programming the phone system at all...just voice mail? Will the group mailbox match at least one ext number? For example, if I use 102 as the group box, can I associate it with ext 102, 104, 106, 113 as an example? Or is this 'group' mailbox a number that has no matching ext number?
