ringing and auto selection problem

upgraded a partner II to acs r8...w/part mess ...on a incoming call the phone (18D) will not ring...the lite flashes..when answered by pushing the button..you can connect to the calling party...but thru the reciever u hear outdialing.... also ext 11 will not allow u to use auto selection to choose the answer sequence...its stuck on the intercom button...this is happening only on ext 11. at her desk and at the equip...the phone works on other ports on the switch...the cust has programed most of the free buttons on her phone as autodial buttons....any suggestions? thanks in advance

You have put the PHONE in the VOICE MAIL HUNT GROUP.

Use #505-7-XX-2 to remove ALL extensions except the Voice Mail Ports
