Ringing after delay

HI,

i have a customer in TSW SP5 . i have a question about the monitored keys on DTS extension.
i have a DTS extension with MDN keys, i have program the CALALT =2 for one monitored keys for ringing after delay, all works fine,but the problem is that i want to reduce the time of ringing after delay . is possible to do this??

this must be checked with Aastra (OMR).
standard out of the box, this can't be adapted.
