Ringing a hunt group DN over a gateway trunk - can this be done?

I have a small group of DN's in my main office that are functioning as a 'call center' of sorts. I have set up a local hunt group to ring all of their phones when the hunt group DN is dialed. It's working perfectly for local calls within the building, but if one of my remote sites tries to dial the hunt group DN, they get stopped when trying to dial, and the system says "invalid number."

Have I forgotten to set something up for this? Do I need to set something up at the remote sites to point to this DN?

All 3 systems are BCM-50 r5.0

Have you set up the desti code to call out each switch? Also can you do normal DN dialing between systems?

I fixed this. I had the correct Targer line set up, but I forgot to make changes to the IP trunk routing table. Since my Hunt Group extension had a prefix that wasn't the same as my 4 digit DN's at the home location, I needed to add the prefix as another line in the routing table. Then I added the extension in the calling plan locally and the calls started going through.

I still need to check to see if I can get the call to ring back to the originator if no one in the call center picks up. My 2nd choice would be the receptionist DN at the home location, but I'd rather see the call ring back at the person who transferred it first.

If your using MCDN and the Private Network I think you can ring back to the calling party.
